Shipping Policy:

Orders received by 2:30pm will ship on the same business day, Monday thru Friday. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified via email regarding the out-of-stock situation with an estimate of when it will be available for shipment.
 
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
 
Sound Acoustic Solutions' business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. 
 

Shipping Method:

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground; delivery times vary based on delivery location. Please reference the UPS map below for transit times.

Expedited Shipping Method:
Expedited shipment methods are not available via the webcart at this time. However, if you have a rush order and need expedited shipment, please call Sound Acoustic Solutions customer service at 877-399-9697, or email us at sound@soundacousticsolutions.com for expedited shipping options.

 

UPS Weight Info:
UPS shipments are limited to 150 pounds. As a result, a number of items on the website are not available via the web cart. However, we are happy to provide a competitive freight quote for any product, or combination of products, that you need.  Simply contact customer service at 877-399-9697, or email us at sound@soundacousticsolutions.com for freight options.

 

Damage in Shipment:
What to do if items are received damaged or defective:  The damage must be reported to the freight carrier at the time of delivery and documented on the carrier’s shipping documentation.  Customer is to notify Sound Acoustic Solutions immediately. 

Additionally, the customer is requested to retain the original carton and if possible, photograph the damage and email the photographs and shipping documentation to Sound Acoustics Solutions for resolution with the carrier.
 

Shortage of Merchandise:
In the event that you do not receive product that is listed on the packing slip, please notify Customer Service at 877-399-9697 as soon as possible.

 

Out of Stock Policy:
Occasionally, we may be out of stock of an item. In those instances, your item will be shipped once inventory is available. Customer service will contact you with the out-of-stock item information and the estimated shipping date.

 

Tracking information for shipments:
All in-stock orders received no later than 2:30 pm Monday thru Friday will be shipped that day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

The UPS tracking information will be emailed after 5:00 pm on the day of the shipment. Please check your email for an automated message with this information.
 

Return Policy:
Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase if the items are unused and unopened with original packing materials, accessories and manuals. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the items are defective or damaged in shipping.  Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking. Please contact us for an RMA number.  Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by an authorized RMA number.

Special order or non-stock items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged in shipping.
